Hi April! I love smoothies, also, and feel better when I fit one per day into my diet. Love that your husband enjoys them also…. my guy is a fruit only smoothie man but sometimes I sneak the kale into his w/out him seeing. I used avocado once and it felt a little “creamy”. Wonder if adding the pineapple and apple and banana help the texture? Guess I’ll have to give it a try.

I’m a texture person too. I don’t want to have to gag down my smoothie, I’d like to enjoy it! Ha! My husband will eat almost anything as long as I make it for him. I couldn’t taste or feel the texture of the avocado in this smoothie at all. FYI… a lot of blueberries will color the shake dark and hide all kinds of veggies….
