These are my favorite sandwiches to make and eat! I haven’t tired them with spinach…Yet!
I miss having them on sourdough! Whole Foods has an excellent sourdough round. They are pricy, and getting one would involve a three hour round trip journey for me. However, if you have a Whole Foods nearby, then I definitely recommend trying their sourdough!

I’ll have to keep that sourdough (GF?) in mind! Next time we head to Nashua or Boston we’ll make a stop at Whole Foods. 🙂

Yes, definitely Gluten Free! Sorry, I write sometimes based on the assumption that a) you know I too have Celiac, and b) that you are a mind reader and know intuitively what I am talking about. 😉

LOL! I remembered that you have Celiac, but you just never know. I’m happy to hear there’s a sour dough gf bread out there!

That’s a great looking sandwich with lovely bread too. We have GF members in our family and like you say, it’s not that difficult. The hardest thing is finding decent bread! xx

Such a great looking sandwich, April. I can almost hear the crunch of that bread when the first bite was taken. I wouldn’t think to add spinach to mine but that’s going to change. Thanks for the inspiration.

It makes me feel a bit better after eating all that fattening mayonnaise. 😉

Oh.. this does look scrumptious. Gluten-free is such a wise choice for many different reasons. Although I am not allergic at all, I do reduce the amount of gluten in my diet when I can. I’ve often thought it would be great to have someone walk through the grocery store with me and to show me the brands that taste the best. xx
