  1. These are my favorite sandwiches to make and eat! I haven’t tired them with spinach…Yet!
I miss having them on sourdough! Whole Foods has an excellent sourdough round. They are pricy, and getting one would involve a three hour round trip journey for me. However, if you have a Whole Foods nearby, then I definitely recommend trying their sourdough!

  2. That’s a great looking sandwich with lovely bread too. We have GF members in our family and like you say, it’s not that difficult. The hardest thing is finding decent bread! xx

  3. Such a great looking sandwich, April. I can almost hear the crunch of that bread when the first bite was taken. I wouldn’t think to add spinach to mine but that’s going to change. Thanks for the inspiration.

  4. Oh.. this does look scrumptious. Gluten-free is such a wise choice for many different reasons. Although I am not allergic at all, I do reduce the amount of gluten in my diet when I can. I’ve often thought it would be great to have someone walk through the grocery store with me and to show me the brands that taste the best. xx
