Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

About 1 Cup Almond Milk

About 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree

About 1 Tablespoon Sugar

About 1 Tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

About 1/2 Banana

About 1 Heaping Tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Spice

About 1 Cup Ice

Place all ingredients in order in a Vita Mix or heavy-duty blender and blend until smooth.

  1. I hope you get better and actually rest April. Your smoothie looks delicious but bbbbrrrrr….your site could be called Gluten freezen’ with this one…LOL. Actually, I plan on making it and adding a scoop of protein powder. Thanks!

    • Protein powder is a good idea. I was out of the brown rice protein powder I use so it was more of a treat than a healthy drink. Still delicious though!

    • I can’t take credit for making them, I purchased them. Wrapping wasn’t too strenuous. Sitting on the floor watching movies on my laptop all morning. I call that resting! πŸ˜‰
