Taking The Stress Out Of Gluten-Free Grain-Free & Dairy-Free Living
Chai Spice Mix
1 Small Jar
3 teaspoons of Turmeric
4 teaspoons of Cardamom
4 teaspoons of Cloves
4 teaspoons of Allspice
8 teaspoons of Cinnamon
6 teaspoons of Ginger
Measure all ingredients into a small bowl and whisk together until combined. Spoon into a storage jar.
Coconut Chai Sipping Chocolate
1 Can of Full Fat Organic Coconut Milk
3 Ounces of 70% Dark Belgian Chocolate, chopped
1 1/2 Tablespoons of Organic Raw Unfiltered Honey
1 teaspoon of Chai Spice Mix, plus more for sprinkling
Measure all ingredients into a medium saucepan. Heat on medium and whisk until chocolate is completely melted and ingredients are combined. Split between two mugs (or save some for later!) and sprinkle with extra Chai Spice Mix.
If my dogs did that I wouldn’t sustain an injury as they’re such light weights. But your Romeo is huge so I can just imagine the accidental damage he can do. I do hope your neck recovers. It certainly seems that your temperatures have dropped – that’s so cold! xx

This is a beautifully presented post, April — except for the more snow comment. You can have all of our white stuff, my pleasure. 🙂 Truly sorry to hear of your canine mishap. Max has tripped and knocked me over more times than I care to think about. I hope that you’re no longer feeling any ill effects from your rendezvous with your Romeo. I do believe a cup of this chocolate would be very soothing and help your recovery. Just don’t drink it while lying on the floor. 🙂
