This sounds perfect, April. I just so happen to have a little leftover pork roast in my fridge. Tomorrow I’m heading out for some good bread and a little cheese. The pork may not be Kurobuta but there’ll be no complaints at the dinner table. Well, Max may not be too pleased when he fails to get any but that’s just too bad. Thanks for a great idea!

That pork looks fantastic and what a great looking sandwich. That’s the perfect thing for a weekend lunch. I haven’t heard of that kind of pork/ham but it does look amazing xx

We had leftover pork roast sandwiches for lunch today.. eldest son and I. and though probably not as good as your pork, our home grown pork was tasty tasty.. i shall make a sandwich like this next time! perfect! c

That was just Udi’s whole grain bread. Although, one of my friend’s just posted on FB that Walmart is now selling several different types of gluten free bread made by Franz bakery. 🙂
